1. Go to the club for swimming and playing squash.
2. Catch up on some movies or watch a movie at the nearest multiplex
3. drive to a nearby destination and spend the weekend camping.
4. Lastly spend time with kids at a troubled teen boot camps. Which what I love doing the most, just to be able to contribute to helping someone in a small way.

If you cannot tell your support from your resistance, no mental state in the world will help you. Of course mental state is important, but it’s not the only thing you should rely on. You need a reliable system as well, back tested by you, on your own demo account.
